Export your client list from wherever it lives today (Wave, HoneyBook, QuickBooks, a spreadsheet) and drop the CSV here. Auteur reads the columns itself, skips anyone already in the hub, and imports quietly: no emails go out and no portals open until you share one. Money already collected elsewhere stays put; mark those installments paid from each project's Money tab.
Put their full name in for the records. You get a ready-to-send login (email plus a temporary password); they set their own password the first time they sign in. Admin sees everything; Sales works prospecting and pipeline; Producer runs delivery. You can fill in the rest of their profile on the next screen.
